One of the sad outcomes of the SCOUT decision about property

might be to eliminate the law of taking property for public benefits.

I think that when first enacted, it really was for roads or ports and the property usually was a part of vast land.

But now, that both the left and the right are mad at that decision, it might be struck down complete.
