The data is already there, in the business community. The Pentagon is just availing itself of an existing product. This is their excuse for an "opt out" option: The data will be gathered and kept in a "suppression file" not to be used to contact the target. It will be compared against the "active" list from time to time to make sure that the kid is not contacted..................ri-i-i-i-ght.
There was a recent survey that indicated that the Pentagon's most effective adversaries in their attempt to GET OUR KIDS... is, surprise, surprise, the PARENTS... this data grab is their end run.
