The President tells us that we should not set deadlines for the pull-out from Iraq because the insurgents might just wait us out. I can't imagine a more glorious outcome than to have the insurgents wait us out. Here, I made a list.
1. No more killing
2. The Iraqi government might have a chance to train troops, establish a governing structure, restore basic services, and prepare to fight off the insurgency when the time comes.
3. No more dead Americans.
4. Billions of dollars saved for the American taxpayer.
5. No more dead Iraqis.
6. No more killing. No more being killed.
And according to our President we could have all this just by setting a deadline for withdrawal from Iraq. But we must not do that because somewhere down the line something bad might happen that we did not prepare for. We may have to fix more facts to justify another invasion.

By the President's own argument, the best possible outcome is not acceptable
