4. Between UFPJ and International Answer...

..it should potentially be impressive. Now if they can just get buses available to get people in the the far reaches--on the scale they did prior to the war....

September is good though--it gives organizers time to get the event to grow.. I know some people criticize ANSWER--but when it comes to these events--they have a damn good record.
