A Real Eye Opener From One In Your Face Woman!
Check out this article written in the Deland-Delatona Beacon! I see more and more of this stuff coming down the pike!! Ain't it WONDERFUL??? I do have to disagree on one point in the article though. I'm not sure that The Idiot even LOVES dogs!!!

George W. Bush is the worst president of the past 216 years. I'd like to say something nice about him, but, honestly, other than his love of dogs, there is little that shines a positive light upon this man.

I know he's regarded by many as a "good Christian" and a good husband and father (since becoming a "good Christian"), and he does possess a down-home-y'all-relax sense of humor. But when you look at his actions since becoming our commander in chief, there is nothing Christlike about them - nor are they humorous.

Every day, people are being maimed and killed in Iraq. It's a rare day that at least one American soldier isn't killed and a dozen more wounded. This war is Bush's war of choice. We are in it because he and his henchmen lied to us about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. Compounding their avarice, these chicken-hawks took us into war with no exit strategy.

Halliburton, Bechtel and a handful of other multinational megacorporations are making a killing on this war. They are the ones profiting from the carnage - not ordinary American citizens, not ordinary Iraqi citizens, and certainly not our soldiers on the ground over there.

Bush's actions make him a learned and fervent practitioner of the "do as I say, not as I do" approach to leadership.

His hands drip with the blood of the senseless ongoing slaughter half-a-world away, but he's adamant about his "pro-life" ideology and tells us we would be "killing the unborn" if we used frozen embryos to find cures for devastating diseases like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and muscular dystrophy instead of throwing them away as most laboratories do today.

Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld mesmerize me with their recent statements about how well things are going over in Iraq. Their assertions that the daily death toll continues to rise because "the insurgents are on their last legs," slime off their tongues effortlessly.

We are in a quagmire in Iraq. It's today's Vietnam in the respect that it's a war we absolutely shouldn't be fighting. And, never in my lifetime has our government so dismally failed to "support our troops."

The only people to be supported by Bush & Co. are the stockholders of megacorporations. The Bush administration has let every major industry that makes huge contributions to the right politicos - off the hook.

The tobacco industry was the most recent to be blessed when the Justice Department suddenly decided we were asking this poor industry to pay way too much for programs to help people quit smoking. The banking and finance boys just received an early Christmas present from Bush & Co.: Congress changed the U.S. bankruptcy laws to make it easier for the lenders to extract their pound of flesh from Americans caught in a financial undertow.

Bush is seeing himself slide in the polls, and he's showing it. Don't you believe he doesn't pay attention to the polls! He does.

He's very uptight in broadcast newsreels of his recent speeches and the press conference he held April 28. There seems to be an anger simmering just below the surface of his skin that he is trying to suppress. He's more squinty-eyed and thin-lipped. And his laugh sounds forced, not natural.

I don't suppose his visible tenseness can be attributed to the Supreme Court's recent "no" vote on medical marijuana.

Nor could the petulance of his body language be totally attributed to his impatience with Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's bumbled attempts to ramrod the White House's judicial nominees through the Senate.

The ideologues in power today are getting desperate. I have to wonder what these kind of people will do when they believe they are backed into a corner. I'm pretty sure it won't be pretty.

Bush's bait-and-switch publicity style isn't working. America is onto the Emperor's shenanigans. Most of us do not like what we see.

Dog-loving or not, Bush will be crowned one of America's worst presidents - if not the worst - by the all-seeing eye of history.

3. I agree on that one
The only thing/person Shithead McAWOLWarCriminal loves is himself. Anything outside of himself he loves only because he loves whatever the benefit to him is.

10. An interesting perception.
I have a couple of filing cabinets filled with psychological data on criminals, including MMPI-2 results. Sure enough, antisocial personalities and narcissists often show a lot of self-revulsion.

14. Couldn't agree more
I've said for years now that he is a sociopath. He appears to really enjoy killing people and apparently feels laws do not apply to him.

6. The Only Link I Have Is
http://www.delandbeacon.com/ The article was sent to me via an email friend, but I was so impressed I had to post it.

The lady also included her personal email address at the bottom of the article.

This coming from a Florida city is quite out of the ordinary, but I loved it! The guy who sent it to me is a friend of Pat Foster and advised her NOT to include her email address. I told him she had cohones and that I WOULD have done the same.

I live in SARASOTA County, home of the infamous Katherine Harris so this is music to my ears!

7. Just Checked Your Personal Profile....
You LIVE in Florida! Are you close to DeLand?? Don't have to devulge if you don't wish to. I always do because of WHERE I live. I often say I've hit the Trifecta in Politics. A Bush in the Oval Office, A Bush in The Governor's Mansion, and the ever loving Cruella HERSELF as the representative of this County!

It SUCKS! I'm not a big fan of Nelson either, but if she runs I'll have to stump for him!

9. actually thought that dog thing myself, but reconsidered
Someone asked me once to name one good thing about Bush. I had to think awhile, but I finally came up with, "He seems to like his dogs." Since then, I've noticed that the dogs don't seem to like him -- they squirm to get away and have a "captured" look whenever he is holding them. They almost seem like props -- like there is no real connection.
