Donald Trump: Liberal or Conservative?
He is a big time New Yorker which gives me the sense he may be more Liberal than conservative.

Yet his wealth and fame tell me he is a conservative.

Anyone know for sure?

10. His Donation Record
Edited on Mon Jun-27-05 05:03 PM by Corey_Baker04
Shows $2,000 for Bush and $2,000 for Kerry I dont see why he would donate 2,000 to Bush if he was not a supporter but the same with Kerry. Although I do see where he has contributed to Democrats.

20. $25,000 To The DSCC
on 9/28/04.

My guess on him would be he is fiscally conservative, socially liberal (but not so extreme as libertarians) and he hedges his bets.

14. I've heard his promo for the "Donald Trump minute" on the radio
(of course, a Clear Channel) - sounds like a Republican most often to me.

One of the faves they play is his condemnation of the fact that Americans have the least amount of vacation time in the major nations (believe it or not, he condemns it).

His view? "If you love what you're doing - the vacations should be shorter!" WTF? Most of us work to live, not live to work. We appreciate having a few days off - not everybody is a workaholic, Donald . . .

He's had plenty of divorces and "trophy wives" - probably an Honorary Repuke . . .

16. he is a social liberal but as some said earlier he is a Douche
he supported Gore and Kerry.

his hatred for Bush has a lot to do with just hating him personally. he just thinks Bush is an asshole.

17. Can't argue with him there...
I share his sentiment about Bush.

I read an article before the election stating how against the Bush Administration he was and how he was voting for Kerry. I was surprised.

18. He's Probably Mad at Bush...
...because Bush is a bigger douchebag, and The Donald never likes coming in second.

PS. Is it just me, or does anyone else find Trump's catchphrase (repeated ad nauseum throughout television, billboards, radio, etc.) "You're Fired!" is in incredible bad taste, considering that the country is in the throes of record unemployment?

That's like hitting on your stepmom at your father's funeral.
