Forces of oppression are trying to take away our right to burn a flag
These forces of oppression are not new in our society. They wanted to oppress a woman's right to vote. They wanted to oppress a black person's rights. Now these same forces of oppression want to oppress our 1st amendment rights. These people who are part of the forces of oppression are scum. They want to get rid of our right to free speech and expression. We have to take a stand. These people want to take away our basic principles that are layed out in the constitution. Well I have something to say to these forces of oppression. Go back to your Ku Klux Klan meetings. Go back to your pro Neo-Nazis rallies. Just leave our fucking Bill of Rights alone you fucking oppressors.

1. Why do we deserve those freedom?
Don't you know that are betters know what is best for us. Listen to them, they will tell you how think, talk, vote, worship, etc.

It is obvious that they are are betters, or don't you trust that God has told them that they are following the true path.

Obedience is next to Godliness. :sarcasm:

2. Maybe the terrorists hate us less, now that we lost some freedoms.
I wonder how soon before we make 4th of July a mandatory day of celebration?

3. Don't touch this political distraction with a ten-foot pole
Two Supreme Court cases already have ruled in favor of flag burning as a form of symbolic speech. Any congressional action on the matter is merely a smoke screen.

Fight it, but I think this should be less of a priority to truly damning things: like the DSM and Gitmo abuses.
