What states are already immune to the SC's imminent domain decision?

What states are already immune to the SC's imminent domain decision?
I know that 8 states already have laws on the books forbidden local governments from seizing private property to give to private businesses...but what states are they?

4. No state is immune from the decision
The decision says its up to the states and local governments to decise.
