Is screaming and trying to imitate Howard Dean the best these young Republicans can do? Shouldn't they be planning the next war for oil or helping their corporations?

They take their cues from the current leadership. It's all about trashing the opposition, not really developing a vision for future leadership. Given the mess this country is sinking into thanks to Republican leadership, that can't very well critize their elders, can they? So the only thing they can do is party on and goof on the Democrats.
