Either Bush or Novak should go to jail.
Scenario #1 High-level WHS staffers leaked the identity of Plame as Novak wrote. If this is true, then Bush as the sitting president should have either known who they were and fired them immediately as well as turned them in to authorities OR demanded that they come forward and still fired them. He should have launched an internal investigation to uncover the truth. Heads should have rolled. I mean it is his White House. Does the man have any control over his staff? Apparently he controls his staff like he controls bicycles.

OR

Scenario #2 Novak really didn't get his information from WH staffers but from some other source. It doesn't matter. He should have been fired and indicted for outing Plame.

2. If you
saw Bush and Novak drowning which one would you save?

Answer: I'd go eat lunch.

3. Exactly. If Novak was part of Operation Mockingbird, then he
knew that outing a CIA covert was treasonist. As an employee of the CIA, he would have had to agree to their terms of employment.

4. "Bush as the sitting president should have"
That's pretty much what Jeff Jarvis, the buzzmachine blogger said today on Connected (MSNBC). Bush should have demanded to know who the leakers were.

6. scenario #3
Rove leaked to Miller,Miller then alerted Connelly and novak, novak went on to write about ms. plame.Since the Supreme's offered no help to Miller she then allowed novak and Connelly to place the leak with her.She for obviously reasons wont name rove so the waiting game slows the process. Why wasn't Miller "perp walked in shackles" like Susan McDougall
