Court documents in Delay case
Weststar has admitted in court documents that they gave $25,000 to Delay through TRIMPAC, because Delay wanted them to, even though they didn't care at all sbout the Texas races, according to Melanie Sloan on Franken's show. It's no longer an unsubstantiated charge.
