I want to be considerate, but I have to ask this, because in another country, over in the Middle East, it's already too late:

...does our "flypaper strategy" now require that we conduct "military action" on London?

You know, raze it to the ground, in order to kill all the foreign insurgents?

No? Not even neighborhood sweeps to manhandle the women and children and wreck up the joints?
