Have any Arab or Muslim governments denounced today's London bombings?

I've checked the CNN, MSNBC, and Al Jazeera websites and see nothing.

The Al Jazeera site is interesting... its link to the London bombs is barely noticable on the page.... I find that presentation curious.

In one of the first statements from the Arab world, Abdulmohsen al-Akkas, social affairs minister of Saudi Arabia, engaged in a battle at home with al-Qaida, said: "It is a heinous act. I don't know who did it. I condemn it in the strongest possible terms and I offer my sympathies to the families."

has any western country offered condolences to the Iraqi people for the bombings that occur there on a daily basis?
