I am not surprised this did not happen (or may be it was PST?).
We'll see. At some time in the near future, we know Renquhist is going to resign. Do we really need to speculate who?
More interesting is that Bush did not name Bolton in a recess appointment as was predicted last week. We'll see if this happens before Monday afternoon.
