Clark is in 2nd/3rd place in most polls, is leveling off.. Still has $$ |
|
Edited on Sun Jan-25-04 07:55 PM by gore-is-my-president
So reports of his demise are greatly exaggerated. In addition, he is still doing very well in the Feb. 3 states (much better than Kerry and Edwards overall in those states). Also, he has plenty of money.
He is in 4th place in ONE poll CNN/Gallop - a notoriously bad poll that does not agree with any of the other polls at all.
May I also remind people that he is NOT from the East Coast so if he does not come in 2nd or even 3rd - it does not make a difference. He never expected to do well there - the fact that he is in 2nd place in one poll and in 3rd in most others is just a bonus.

it's BS. Clark is very much alive and well, and still has massive support up here.

11. Thanks crozet4clark. Do you know how the crowd sizes compare? |
|
It looks like they're all getting huge crowds. Do you have any insights there?

18. Clark and Edwards seem to be getting comparable |
|
crowds, according to reports. Kerry's are about double in size. Not sure about Dean, Kucinich and Lieberman.

The media is definitely trying to decide who will be the Democratic candidate, if only the candidate that they feel will make the best "storyline" until November.
They are already writing stories about how the mass demonstrations at the GOP convention will affect the Kerry candidacy.
Lots of papers sold, lots of commercial airtime sold.
Ideology at the networks follows the bottom line, no matter what claims the newsreaders make to the contrary.
We used to have journalists in this nation. Now we have lazy parrots repeating the administration's lies.

This is the hack job of the tag team duo of major media and repukes. Let's throw in a couple enablers also, Kerry and Lieberman. What a vile sickening group!!:puke:

10. The Northwest Florida Daily News has the entire front page |
|
today covered with a picture of John Kerry. The headlines read "Kerrying the Lead"....
As a side note: It's most notoriously right-wing Republican News Journal in Florida.
The Headlines should have been "WET DREAM IN THE MAKING IN NEW HAMPSHIRE".
That one I buy...

may have been effective... but think of it this way, if Clark wins the nomination what are the Repubs gonna do then, keep calling him a Republican? This "Clark is a Republican" theme is gonna help him in the GE, and Fox News is gonna regret putting that out.

That's not going to happen..... Sorry Karl. We will do great in New Hampshire and will pick up more steam as Feb. 3 rolls out.

19. just saw an ad of his here in Virginia on Golden Globes |
|
if its representative of his other ads I can see why he's been sliding. It was him, chest up talking about the mess in Iraq looking as if the dog had just eaten the paper and needed a lesson.
(Gimme a break, the daughter wanted to watch them. Bill Murrey whacked his production company's bickering so it was worth the rest of the drivvle.)
