Praysident George Bush, idiot son of the 41st US President, has begun preliminay concept planning for his Praysidential Library. This artist's concept rendering was discovered in a load of dumpster fodder removed this week from the simian's Crawford, TX, movie set 'ranch'. A number of less than gifted architects have been seen in recent months entering the high security compund, a former pig farm in the dry, hot and dusty area near Waco.

Reproduced below is the drawing recovered by a local homeless man, who sold it to this reporter.

Imagine building a prison in the Beaux Arts style! These days, people build supposedly happy concert-hall buildings for Disney even, and they look like this!
