DSM's and The outing of Plame by Rove should be tied together

Even if Rove did not mention her by name and is let off on a technicality, whether Rove used a specific name or inference, the action is just as reprehensible and will cost them politically regardless of whether he is found to have broken the law. Furthermore the outing of Plame by Rove gives fresh legs to the DSM's, just gives more evidence of the " intelligence being fixed around the policy". Every letter to the editor, letter to congress or in conversation shold tie the two together as conjoined twins, for they are.

1. How did Rove know who the hell Valerie Plame was?

He was told this information more than likely in WH briefings. For what purpose: for the exclusive use of discrediting Wilson. By Whom????? Someone in the intelligence community with an interest in "fixing" facts (John Bolton) Who was working on the WMD intell for the WH in the run up to war (John Bolton?)

2. Most DEMs with media access are frightened of the DSM.

Or at least they say few words or nothing about it when in front of microphones or cameras.

3. Most of the aritcles that I have read

from the corporate owned media regarding DSM's gloss over or do not mention the most damning phrase that "the evidence was being fixed around the policy". I think they are afaid of A. being accused of aiding the enemy by trashing Bush during a time of war (even though it was of his making) B. having their own complicity in keeping the truth from the American people during the runup to the war. C. afraid of retaliation from the a ruthless regime here at home. D. all of the above. As far as the corporate media is concerned if democracy were to bloom in Iraq, they will forgive and forget any lies or transgressions that the Bush administration has committed against the United States,however the American people, I believe will be less forgiving. On the other hand if a civil war breaks out, the media will turn on Bush in a heartbeat and take their chances.

5. Articles? Who is stopping "Star" DEMS from using that phrase on TV?

Why are we still counting on the GOP owned media to repeat talking points that "star" DEMs with media access should be hammering home?

8. My bad, I misread your previous post.

I agree that the "star" Democrats should get in front of this and whenever mentioning Rove outing Plame, this should be tied to the DSM's. They will have to speak directly to the American People and not count on the corporate owned media to bring the truth out.
