I just heard bush on the TV saying he wanted to get his SC ... |
|
...nominee approved by early October.
Could this be because he knows the Grand Jury will issue it's indictments at the end of it's term in October?
:) :) :)
(Too bad I don't have a piccy of Bush, Cheney, Rove and Libby hand-in-hand in prison stripes, grinning their evil grins!)

1. The more likely reason |
|
is that the court reconvenes in early October.

6. O'Connor's retirement is effective only when a replacement is confirmed |
|
So if they dont have someone new in place by October, she will stil be sitting on the court.

3. I just heard Rich Galen on CNN say that |
|
he thought that the Repugs 'think that if they can get one of the vacancies in the SC filled soon, then this won't mean much (re: the Rove and the Plame issue).'
