Faux News makes me sick!
They were just talking about the Rove thing. The only thing they were willing to do was talk about whether or not it was a crime based on their spun mis-facts (lies!). No acknowledgement of the ethics issues involved. No acknowledgement that people want the White House to come clean. Just spin, spin, spin. I had to turn it off.

An RNC talking head interrupted a Dem Congressman every time he tried to speak - the rude SOB. The Dem Congressman was polite and let the RNC guy state his piece. But as soon as the Dem tried to tell the truth, the RNC guy interrupted over and over again.

THEN he tries to say it's a pure liberal smear campaign. Well, I hate to be the one to inform the RNC, but I am a FORMER Republican - I REALLY don't approve of what the White House has been doing. I live in a state that is almost pure Republican, and the natives are getting restless. I don't hear the endless Bush praise that I used to - and I'm starting to hear a whole lot of criticism. The RNC is losing people left and right, and they need to stop protecting the criminals in the White House. I think We, The People have been taken advantage of by the Bush Administration, and We, The People are starting to wake up and hold said Administration accountable for their actions!

The other two news stations were only showing hours and hours of...
...shuttle launch cancellation footage. I had a moment of weakness while longing for some real news. I knew I wouldn't find any on Faux News, but ...

2. The same tired old attacks from the playbook
Throw out that "dirty liberal" word, claim "democrats have nothing to say so all they do is 'scream' like 'crazy' people", and allow the "left-wing of the party to lead"... Helllooooo!!!! Look in the mirror!

Good rant and welcome to DU!!!

I'll give the Anti-Democrats credit for being well-organized. They've worked hard and have a solid infrastructure backing them to get where they are. But all of the "higher moral values" and "party of responsibility" now are being seen for what they are: empty marketing tags designed to manipulate the public.

The public at large should be marching in the streets! And if I hear one more time, "Well, we're at WAR!", then I'm going to be one less TV due to the nearest object being flung straight at the tube!!! :nuke:

5. For me it is a matter of what is fair and makes sense. Republican versus..
Democrats is not the point. It just happens that the Demos make sense and the Republivans make absolutely no sense.

They're reading the GOP talking points pretty much verbatim. See rawstory. They may have new ones too.
