I should not laugh. They value their political beliefs as strongly as we value our own. However, I despise the way that they have cheered Rove and the GOP's "Ends justify the means" tactics. It is about time that they learn that the rule of law will eventually come back and bite you on the ass if you rely upon dirty tricks rather than hard work and brain power to get things done. Karl Rove has a brain, a fine brain. He could have used it to accomplish a lot. Instead, he decided to follow in the footsteps of people like Lee Atwater--despite the object lesson of Watergate. Hmmm, maybe Rove is not so smart after all. Maybe, there is a suicidal streak within him.

What's crystal clear is their lock-step loyalty to Party and Leader above any allegiance to law, nation, and humanity.

7. There is an interesting interview over at BuzzFlash about what the

GOP is going to do in 2006 if Rove is tied up in court somewhere. I just hope this for some, God only knows why reason Mr. Rove is in court or jail during the 2006 elections and the GOP falls apart like the cheap suite that it is.

10. A very real possibility: Bush knows Rove will be indicted and

probably one other will as well (6 contacts/calls were made = 6 exposures of Plame = indictments). Perhaps he is just trying to extend the facade as long as he can, knowing it is all ready to crash in . . . at least by October.
