Like when Rove is getting ready to take the podium for a speech. Or perhaps when Rove is standing behind the ** while he is giving a news conference. I hope lawyers for the criminals are not informed prior to the issuance of indictments.

but I doubt that it would happen that way - suddenly and without warning. I doubt that U.S. Marshals (I'm assuming that's who would make the arrest) can just enter the Whitehouse with impunity.
