Deal, schmeal; he KNOWINGLY REVEALED A COVERT OPERATIVE BY NAME. If that doesn't trigger the 1982 law and some others, then I don't know what could. If he made a deal to avoid prosecution, he's STILL THE ONE WHO DID THE REAL DAMAGE. I guess he's getting a break from Fitzgerald so we can find out who the real criminal son-of-a-bitch is.

That must be it, and I guess I think he's right in doing so, but why couldn't he have compelled Novak to reveal sources without such a deal? Maybe it's not total immunity; maybe Novak's going to get a lesser conviction.

What I know about Novak I learned here. I certainly don't watch CNN or the other propaganda channels.

If Novak went missing it would have zero effect on me. It would be nice though if the traitor were in jail though.

15. Oh, I did see him about ten days ago interviewing a ballerina for CNN.

It was his whole segment. No politics, just the ballet. Haven't noticed him since, but like I said, I haven't really been looking for him. No way he wants to answer Plame questions now.
