Even Freepers have tin-foil hats.
I was checking out what the Free Republic had to say regarding Rove and came across this post.

-----------------------------------

Finally Wilson directly challenged the administration with a July 6, 2003 New York Times op-ed headlined, "What I didn't find in Africa," and making clear his belief that the president deliberately manipulated intelligence in order to justify an invasion.

I, too, think this is bigger in scope than just Wilson v. Rove.

I wonder if Wilson deliberately lied in his op-ed piece, hoping the Bush Administration would care enough about his lies to use their own facts to contradict him.

Then, working with the Administration's facts, the Wilsons and their shady "friends" could try to determine the identities of foreign, pro-US spies.

I think they'd like to neutralize the influence of any undercover folks who agree with Bush.

2. That makes no sense at all ...
Everything about Niger revolves around the forged documents. Do they somehow think they are real ?

Exactly how would you determine identities from the response to an op-ed piece ?

Cheers
Drifter

4. Isn't it strange how they harp on the "Wilson lies" meme
Yet they never mention what the "lies" are. Very strange. :eyes:

11. Of course
If they were serious about that alligation they would find his article and point out the lies and show proof of how they're lies. But they don't. They just claim he lies.

5. Well, they finally figured out the Dem's evil plot....
except they got a few key points wrong. First of all, it's not just undercover folks who agree with Bush, it's everyone, but most important, it's not "neutralize", it's "NEUTER". Silly freeptards, critical thought is for democrats!

8. That kind of thinking will give you a headache.
Keerist, they really are capable of suspending reality over there. It must be getting harder and harder to keep the artificial construct of Bush World together. I think some are heading for some serious nervous breakdowns when they finally have to confront their stupidity.

10. Something else I noticed...
They seem to look at it as a Rove -vs- Wilson thing.
Isn't it a Federal Investigation into the source of a leak of an undercover agent? Yet this fact seems to elude them.
