5. He's never been alone. There is a whole mountain of people who are helping
him....quietly. Current and ex-CIA agents and others in the intel community and much of Kerry's political and legal machine.

They've been working with and for Wilson for well over 2 years now. Staying quiet is important to the prosecution's case.

2. I love this guy. Unlike the coward, McCain, Mr. Wilson is fighting
them all for his wife. This is the kind of guy we really need in politics; calm, has all his facts straight, can actually negotiate, and is INTELLIGENT. We should all get behind him and show him we're with him.

3. Agreed. Like with a full-age ad in major national newspapers.
Anyone have any idea how to make this happen?

any graphic artist (like myself) can put the ad together, it's paying for the space that's prohibitive.

*edited for horrendous spelling

7. And he is a natural Republican
not the new, nasty Republican type, but the old, solid, trustworthy ones like your neighbor or your uncle. As much of a Democrat as I am, I sure miss those guys on the other side...at least they were worthy opponents.

I bet Wilson is a Democrat, now. I wonder how many newly converted Democrats are actually our old opponents who got sick of the slime coming from their own party?

I know if I were a Republican, I would have left them years ago. I think the expensive, uneccessary intervention in Iraq would have done it for me.

11. Money first is not my value, but it is an American value
I'm not saying I want to marry a Republican, just that the old brand was far more American, far more respectable than the current crop of neocon gorillas.

I'm not partisan enough to think of paleocons as scum. Different values, sure, but not scum. The last 20 years have shown me the difference.

Wilson, Clark, O'Neil...there are a few who do the right thing. That is all I ask, not that they share my values. That can be done through a normal exchange of ideas and debate.

10. He is not specifically fighting for his wife. He is fighting to expose
the BFEE. His wife was on the verge of big doings and his work will expose THAT work. I think she is wise to keep her lips zipped.

4. Apparently the CIA overreacted
At least, that is now the latest GOP spin. I wish that one of these damn news programs would at least give a little background as to Valerie Plame's role in tracking WMDs. When she is referred to as being an anonymous CIA operative, people won't realize the impact of revealing her identity, and how it is applicable to the War on Terrorism.

6. Yeah, like BushInc and cronies have been major proliferators of WMDs and
nukes around the globe for the last 4 decades. They are setting up sham investigations to divert from their own criminal arms dealings.

Anyon familiar with the BCCI investigation knows EXACTLY what is happening today.
