6. Sometimes Buchanan can be Brilliant! Sometimes he is full of shit. |
|
Bottom line however is the country would be much better off if Buchanan were president instead of Bush.

13. Buchanan is a real conservative, not a neo-con |
|
and while I don't find much to agree with him about, I can usually have some respect for his point of view because of that.

10. Get Pat to run again in 08 and he can siphon off some Puke votes |
|
I think if he had his crap together he could really gaum up the works for the Pukes in 08. God, I remember when Clinton took Montana and Georgia in 92. I would love to see fun things like this in 08.

12. i saw him on tv the day * started the invasion |
|
he was not happy w/ it.
he is very much aware that the neo-cons have hijacked the GOP and has written many good articles on the topic.
he has a site of his own, American Conservative, and is also on Antiwar.com. After all his railing against *'s war, he then endorsed him, though. I cancelled my subscription after that.

Buchananan is an isolationist. This statement is entirely consistent with his ideology on such things and is not surprising. The only credit I'll give him is that he is in fact consistent.
But, a broken clock being right twice a day doesn't mean it's not broken.
