Freeper Thinks We Should "Demand Payment" For Liberating Iraq
Edited on Sun Jul-17-05 06:16 PM by K8-EEE
OMG -- these people are delusional. Check out some of these comments about GWB's Great Liberation.

"We've done our job. We've liberated their country so now they must defend it. Obviously, the terrorists are getting desperate and in their last throws. When Iraq stabilizes soon, I hope our politicians will have the political courage to demand repayment from the Iraqis for the sacrifices we have made for their freedom."

Yeah like we are in any position to hand them a bill for our "services."

4. You have got to give them credit where credit is due. When they chose
to display their ignorance publically, they don't do it in half-measures.

11. {laughing} No, indeed...
... both cheeks of the horse's ass, all the time. :P

That sort of logic would be something like, "I smashed into your car because I didn't like the color--now, you owe me for the damage to my car." :)

This is what passes for critical thinking in the bottom half of the gene pool....

5. When were they "liberated" ?
Edited on Sun Jul-17-05 06:20 PM by kentuck
50-100 dead each day from car bombs and chaos. Living off the good money of the American taxpayers. Their "government" would collapse in hours or days if the Americans were not there to protect them. The people would be in violent anarchy. That is slightly different from "liberation", I would think?

From the same thread:

Civil War is the endgame
It is not going to happen - Much of this is media driven (talk / hope! of a civil war) - By over hyping every negative event that takes place within Iraq -
These insurgents are losing, Zarqawi is losing, and the MSM hate it - And do everything not to show this (but it is happening anyway - freedom is winning and will win out in Iraq).

10. The repubs planned it, did it, and are benefiting from it. I say let the
repubs foot the bill and pay us back for everything spent so far. They can just charge their bill to the repub defense contractors that keep fleecing the taxpayers.

As for the comments above - unreal. How did these people get to adulthood with that kind of stupid illogical thinking.

17. I agree!
When the truth about this whole mess is finally revealed--I think all of the conspirators should be forced to turn over their assets to pay back the taxpayers for this fiasco.

20. Here's how we pay them back
1) Pull all US troops out by the end of 2005.

2) Cut Iraq a check for 40 billion dollars, which will be their's to spend as they see fit.

3) Order all US "contractors" out of Iraq NOW. If they do not leave the country, US troops will not provide them with any protection. They are on their own.

the same thing years from now.

As long as we are there stealing their oil, building military bases, killing civilians and controlling the country & region from the new multi-billion dollar US embassy.
