yes, it is true world of journalists is divided about how honorable her little term in jail really is--covering up for a guy who probably broke laws just by revealing the info to her...

but the idea that WH has stonewalled on this...that they have stonewalled on EVERYTHING and in this case the one getting "tried and convicted" publicly is a member of the media.

The WH and congress could intervene on things like Terry Schiavo but they can't try to put a stop to this by revealing all? It may be beyond the pale for these journalists and their editors and they've determined now is the time to all move forward as a bunch to actually do their jobs and do it with vim and vigor.

They are starting to really act...SKEPTICALLY about what they are told by WH and it's agents. They are starting to ask harder questions and point out how ludicrous some of their positions are.

Maybe the dark days will dawn to reveal more light of truth and recovery for this country.

1. I'm still skeptical about the MSM
What could they covering for? We need to look elsewhere besides where we're told.

3. hmm..you are right that we should keep our eyes on the periphery
to see what the Randi Rhodes and indymedia types cover to see if there's something CorpoMedia doesn't want us to focus on.

Still, there is something strange in their monolithic attack of this issue. And it is tremendous to see it so wonderfully juxtaposed against the horrific angle FoxNews puts on it when they are finally FORCED to cover it at some level when it's clear it's not going away.

2. When they start peddling the anti-Bush crapola ...
... for as long and maliciously as they kept up the Clinton's Penis drumbeat and the scandal-mongering about completely fraudulent charges against the Clinton's ... then we can talk. The comparison between the totally non-existent "issues" and the fake "scandals" regarding Clinton and the obscene global hoaxes and criminality of the right wing is like comparing ant-hills to the Himalayas. The media has far, far more than a couple of rational days of coverage to do before it even gets close.

4. They're next if they don't start doing their jobs.
Press, meet Bubba your cell mate. Bubba, press. Now you fellas have a nice evening.

The press is riled up because "management" (you know, "them") has freed them from their willing bondage.

Pretty soon they'll cover the REAL story, the reason we're in this mess.

A comprehensive explanation of fraud--text and key links
