Dubya looks happy today. Smirking during his speech to OAS
When addressing terrorism, he looked downright pleased with himself. The smirk was all out, and he spoke with an almost happy conviction. Kind of like, "Isn't it good that another attack happened today? It just proves I've been right all along." Or, "This will get Americans back on my side by forgetting all of our scandals with Rove, Libby, et al."
