about people being able to trust the case officer enough to confide in them--and we have an obligation to protect them--and if an intelligence service comes to be thought that they don't even protect it's own then how are they going to protect these other people that we recruit as "foreign assets"

something like this--the word goes around the world that the americans can't be trusted--kgb never revealed it's agents

valerie was under cover.

you have members of congress perpetuating a lie, misleading american people saying she had no cover at the time she was "outed" ; we've been told valerie was just a "desk jockey" -- not true --
