What's with these "secret court filings" in the pictures case and
others? For all we know the secret filing could be a picture of the Judge's wife taken through the scope of a sniper rifle, pictures of the judge with his mistress or secret male companion, copies of his/her offshore account or copies of an order for lots of shares of Halliburton in the Judge's name. This is absolute bullshit and violates the rule against ex parte communications with the Judge eight ways from Sunday, any lawyer taking part in these shenanigans should be disbarred.

1. More sad commentary on the Country in which we live.
More and more, it strikes me odd that I was once so proud to be an American. I spend an increasing portion of my time considering emigration. If I was a younger person, I would be gone by now.

I am coming to the conclusion that the Nation cannot be saved, it has been so totally corrupted from the dream of the founders.

2. I'm too old to leave and too young for the "pleasant confusion"
of Alzheimer's. Too worried to plan retirement and too pissed to enjoy myself anymore. Some fun.

3. I am the same way, my preoccupation with our dilemma overwhelms my life.
And to think I was once so convinced we were the good guys. Of course, I grew up on military installations during the height of the cold war, so my perceptions were colored by the immersion in propaganda.

I realized shortly after my first trip overseas where the expression "The ugly American" came from & understood why they wanted the "Yankees (to) go home".

So I ask of you, rzeman, what are we to do? I tire of inaction and I am old enough that I really don't fear government retribution. I mean, I will be active today in an event, but I feel a need to do more & make these people understand that I, at least, won't take any more.

4. Every time I hear that someone is going have a baby, I have an
awful feeling that I can't express. I ask myself why someone would want to have a baby who will have to live in the mess and even destruction of our country by a few. I ask if they are giving birth to a future slave? In the dark hours.

Paper, manual counting, our own exit polls, our own calling of the vote. It's the only way.

No republican made machines.
No republican designed software.
No republican techinicians.
No republican propaganda networks paying for their own exit polling.
No republican propaganda networks being allowed to call the votes - neither national, state, county, or local.

We need leaders who will see the light and open their mouths.

So far, most of our leaders are responsible for what we are getting because they don't want to disturb their contributions and voting base.

Blessed by the voices who speak for the citizens.

5. don't forget the information part of this
i.e. finding who the neofascists are and what companies are involved

and once we lose elected office as an indicator then we have to dredge up AEI, Federalist Society, Christian Coalition, etc. details.

Anyway, massive boycotts of neocon-associated companies is completely in order.
