Is NH a winner take all state? |
|
Where would one find out state by state how delegates are divided by which states?
Just to clarify - what I meant about winner take all is how the delegates get divvied up.

As the other poster indicated, there are no winner take all states, its all proportional. There is a 15% minimum threshhold for delegates though. In the event that Kerry got 40% or so, and the rest split the vote and stayed under 15%, Kerry would indeed get all the delegates, but its looking like at least two others will break 15, possibly even 3 others.
