My local pundit subbed in for Rush today
I wish he'd bring that more reasonable personae back home. He's more of an asshat when he's on his home turf. Nationally, he tends to be on his better behavior.

Anyway, I found his Roberts discussion to be quite funny. He said that the Dems are trying to dig around in Roberts Solicitor General memos so that they could dig something up, creating a caracture of the man and portraying him as something he's not.

Gee. That sounds familiar. I wonder where the Democrats would have picked up such a tactic... cough (Gore) cough...cough (Kerry) cough... cough (Clinton) cough....

2. Milwaukee
Without Ed Schultz, I'd have to listen to him.

Trust me, he's even worse here. He's rude to even those who agree with him. He brings his personality down a notch when he's subbing for Rush.

3. did he do a bit on Chappaquidick by any chance?
I don't know how to paste my thread from this morning here. My Bushbot co-worker stopped at a bakery on the way to work to get a cake decorated that said 36 years ago today Chappaquidick. She said that somebody should remember. I thought it sounded like a talking point of the day kind of thing for her to do. Belling on Limbaugh would explain it completely. That's all she listens to.

4. They care about one woman long ago
and not about more than a thousand troops dead now.

Why would the death on one woman matter so much you had to get a cake. If it were a Republican driving the car, they'd be making excuses as to why it wasn't fair to keep bringing it up.

Once again, one kind of truth for Repubs and another for Dems. Does anyone bake a cake for the boy that Laura ran over?

I'm thinking that on Friday, I heard someone bring up Chappaquidick, maybe it was Belling there too. Or Rush. Can't remember.
