And I don't think Conyers is running. In any case, I agree it should be a governor, or Wes Clark, or someone like that, but not for the same reasons.
The Senate is so close right now, I don't want to lose a Democrat to the White House. All Dem Senators should keep their seats in the interest of getting the majority in the Senate.
