From DailyKOS
In a fortuitious coincidence, Jerome and I have just finished interviewing a long-time Texas political writer here in Austin who says that Rove is absolutely having an affair with Karen. Rove is married and has a teenaged son. According to this writer, Rove's wife is a hardcore liberal. "I don't know how he and his wife get along," he said.

Well, quite obviously, they do not.

5. It's not an either/or proposition
One can be a traitor and an adulterer simultaneously. No reason politically to give a hypocrite a pass on an affair. While I wouldn't advocate him losing his job over an affair, I would like to hear the self righteous pig explain exactly where adultery fits into the whole "family values" milieu of the Republican party.

2. I can't imagine anyone marrying the turd. Yechhh. Poor woman. If he IS
having an affair, I bet she's glad.
Rover and Hughes, eh? Well, that works. They're both filth - they deserve each other.

13. isn't the Karen in question
"lobbyist Karen Johnson, a never-married, forty-something GOP loyalist from Austin, Texas"?

4. Convenient set-up.
Seems to me this is an awfully convenient "leak" of personal information about Rove at a critical time. I could care less, and refuse to buy into this mess since it is pretty likely this is a Rove leak to distract attention from the main issue.

He is doing enough harm inside the White House; I can't be bothered with what he does in his personal life in Texas.

7. I bet his wife knows it too
I'd be surprised if that asshole didn't cheat on his wife. I'm not good at faking my outrage like a Republican.

14. I didn't care who was sucking Clinton's dick
I certainly don't care about Rove's love life.

He's done far worse than cheat on his wife. And, as it was with Bill and Hillary, that's between Rove and the Missus.

He leaked the name of a CIA agent. He ratfucked George into the White House. I couldn't give a shit where he puts that tiny little dick of his.

16. These people are hypocrites
You may not care personally, I doubt many of us do. But part of the Republican/ Religious Right appeal is to convince people that to be a Republican is to be moral and holy while to be a Democrat is to be decadent and "attacking the institution of marriage". It is not a matter of saying "he is a sinner", it is a matter of exposing to would be "values voters" that their self righteous republican leaders are telling them to do as they say, not as they do. Of course that is not to say that gossip like this should be allowed to overshadow something as serious as treason, but it shouldn't be off limits either.

19. That's what I'm talking about. Me being a hypocrite
If I didn't care about Bill's dick, I'm not going to care about Rove's.

And I didn't say it was off limits. Just that I don't care.

17. That's almost as digusting as Daryn and Rush
I gave up watching CNN in the morning. Never liked either Rove or Hughes, but it is the height of hipocracy. Hopefully, this gets out to the 39% that wanted BC strung up over Monica.
