As a fairly informed...
...DUer I spend usually 4 hours or more following ongoin DU headlines....They go on 24/7..how do I remain effective?At the end of the night I don't FEEL effective....

2. Focus.

Sometimes you have to tune out the rest and concentrate on a single issue you want to dig into for an hour or two.

Don't worry, you'll catch up with the rest of the threads -- most of them get duped twice that day, then duped a day after, then duped once more in a few more days.
