2. This is the strip that the newspapers are pulling? |
|
I don't know if I should laugh or laugh harder. This is bathroom humor? Sad, just plain sad.

9. Remember, this week's strip was submitted last week |
|
Trudeau apparently wrote a week's worth of the Turd Blossom Epic.

4. I wonder if he'll keep using Turd Blossom on purpose. |
|
Just to see how many strips he can get pulled. The more they pull, the more readers are going to try and find out what they are missing.

6. It just seems like the kind of thing he'd do. |
|
And it's not like it's terribly hard to find the missing strips, even if you don't live in a place with a lot of newspaper choices. The more you deny people something, the more they want it. Like a Parental Advisory sticker on a CD, restriction breeds interest.

7. Post them here so we can see them !! Yes,, post them OUt of the MSM. |
|
Who needs the bastard mouthpieces anyway.
And yes,, I can see why they would want to suppress this piece. And I DON'T think its for the word turd.
Free speech is free speech. They talk the talk but they have been having a hard time walking the walk the last few years. Nows the time for them to put up or shut up.
Judith Miller is in jail for protecting a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY that endangered national security interests. Its a stretch to claim that she is protecting her sources rights to free speech.

Come on, CNN made it seem like Trudeau used curse words in the strip. I voted no in their poll because I think Trudeau has a right to call Rove anything he wants to call him. However, I did not know something so simple as turd blossom. That is definitely not a reason to pull a comic strip.

A future presidential news conference (hard to believe I know, but stay with me here)
"Mr. President, there has been a lot of speculation as to why do you call your key political advisor, Mr. Rove, "turd blossom." Besides sounding (or may I be so bold to say, smelling) like something one would expect to find more at a ranch in Texas than in the White House, Is this name a reflection of the kind of work he does for you, his character, or both?

17. I wish he would start showing the stone wall going up again... |
|
...like in the Nixon-era Doonesburys. That would be kind of nostalgic.
