cnn Inside Politics: Biden wants to know if Bolton went b4 Grand Jury

I caught CNN's Inside Politics this afternoon. Just at the end -and I am not sure I caught all of it, even though it was brief - one of the guests was saying that Joe Biden has specifically requested to know if Bolton was called to Fitzgerald's Grand Jury Probe of the Plame Matter. They were saying one question that all nominees like Bolton have to answer on a questionnaire is 'had they been called in front of any grand jury in the past 5 years'. My assumption is that Bolton answered this in the negative? And Biden is trying to find if he has been called to the Grand Jury, since he answered it? Or?

What if Bolton answered no, but HAS been called? Then he has perjured himself to the Senate Committee on the questionnaire.

Has anyone else seen any news of this Biden maneuver?
