in the right wing think tanks and then * is given his marching orders - but made to think he is actually coming up with 'vital input' in the planning. They surround him with Kool-aid. We know the guy never reads anything on his own - except my pet goat. If you are surrounded by staffers unified on what 'the next step is' - and get info from no other experts or heads of intellectual disciplines - then you think as they think.
