Interesting take on how to respond to all the stonewalling. Treat Bush and his cronies like the "pack of petulant pubescent punks" they are.

We have to demand that they open up all of their records - from Judge Roberts' Iran-Contra dealings to Cheney's energy task force details and everything in between. When they balk we have jump in their face and ask them, "What are you trying to hide? What? You scared? You Skeered? If you have nothing to hide then put up or shut up."

Yell for your antagonist to prove a negative. SHOW US THE DOCUMENTS YOU DON'T HAVE!
After a sufficient period of four or five minutes we will send our smart friend Scooter in to look through your Trapper Keeper whilst secretly strategerizing with Chaundice, our strange but powerful British Exchange Student, how we're kicking your ass anyway because we know you've got documents.
After a sufficiently long two minutes and after patriotically shrugging off suggestions that we bring the matter to the attention of the Student Council (who are all wusses anyway) we COMMENCE TO ASS KICKING. Our icky fat friend tells on that smart girl who convinces the guy she's "going with" to make a quick check of the trapper keeper to see if there is also evidence of YELLOW CAKE twinkies hidden. Finding none, it becomes idle gossip that the smart girl is an undercover agent of the Principal, who has been secretly trying to keep the school safe, but now nobody will ever trust smart girls again.

During this time, documents blow out of the shredded trapper keeper, and other students get all sorts of information that can be used against us.
Those hippie homeschooled kids call us out, but WE DID IT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, spreading FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY and making the SCHOOLYARD SAFER.
