3. This appointment really rankles me

I'm totally pissed that they'd OK a nomination on someone that is testifying in a grand jury investigation.

Kerry sent a letter to her hearing asking what she testified to and she gave him the Scott McClellan. (The prosecutor asked me not to comment, so I won't. I isn't appropriate as the investigation is ongoing.)

None of the Democrats even went to her Committee hearing. Lugar scheduled it at time when he knew they wouldn't be available.

So now we have the following promotions:
