So, Shrub made a recess appointment...
despite the fact that the Repubs hold the House, the Senate and the Supreme Court. He's got the majority and he still had to wait to "recess appoint" this thug? He lied to Congress. He is abusive and manipulative. IMO, he's got something to do with the ongoing Fitzgerald investigation. Doesn't Shrub, by doing this, tie himself to all of the scandal swirling around the Plame leak?

1. If that is correct, fooj...
Bush would know all about any part played by Bolton and , by this appointment, is stuck in the middle if Fitzgerald indicts Bolton...

7. Yep. That's the way I see this travesty of justice.
Can we hope that Bush gets an indictment, as well?

2. He had to recess appoint a guy who looked invincible 2 months ago
A funny thing happened on the way to the slam dunk, dinnit? And now Bush looks just a little impotent, unable to get a nomination past a heavily-Republican Senate.

Lesson for Democrats: If we fight, we can win. If we don't fight . . .

4. Yeah, I hate that line.
Repukes wouldn't be whining about 'up or down vote' if they didn't have the majority in both houses of Congress. Fucking cowards.
