This country is not split! It's 70/30 NOT 50/50!
Every poll that I've seen in the last few months have a 70-30 split. Almost every single one! It doesn't matter what the poll is about. It's always around a 70% NOT IN FAVOR OF SHRUB 30% IN FAVOR. They want us to think it's 50/50...but it just isn't. Take a look at the polls today on MSNBC and CNN. Nuff said.

Peace.

1. I was thinking the same thing.
All I've seen are real lop-sided.

4. I sort of can't figure out why the corporate media
doesn't swing with the polls. Wouldn't there be more money now with the 70%. But they still seem to be in the adolation-of-the chimp mode. I guess there is more than just money involved in the corporate media link with Bushco. Maybe they are all afraid of criminal charges, yes? Are they all involved with vote tampering? Are they also involved in war crimes? Could be.

5. Lest we forget
He only "won" in 2004 with 31% of the votes of the total electorate.

Yanno, if the 40% who hadn't voted, had gone and found a candidate they liked and all voted for him/her, that person would be President now

6. Honestly. We have to stop with the "victim" routine.
We are the MAJORITY. There is no doubt in my mind. IMHO, they have no doubt about it, either. That's why everything is done with such haste.

7. We have to move beyond the perception presented to us
as it relates to reality. It doesn't relate to reality it sets reality.

The reality is Bush provably didn't even have the votes to come close the first time, but with mass media you can create perception that he did. This presidency is a fraud on the people of this country.

12. Polls
My wife and I have noticed that difference in the polls since at least before the last presidential election. We think the idea is to convince the public that it is 50/50 so that when the steal elections with a 51 or 52% margin it seems to make sense. If they tried the same stunt with polls showing them behind 70 to 30% it would be obvious they were stealing elections. Of course to us here at DU it is already obvious they are stealing elections.

13. Welcome to DU! You are right. These are number that have been coming up
over and over and over and over again. It's been 70-30 for a very long time, IMO.

Peace.
