give a shit. And that's the dumbasses that we're
trying to reach.

3. A Better Question might be
Why aren't more of us angry?

Still I get the impression he's trying to downplay that side of his persona these days.

8. "where's the outrage???"
oh, that's right, Americans only get "outraged" when someone gets a blow job :evilfrown:

16. Except that's kind of the point.

Americans didn't get outraged when Clinton got a blow job. Only a handful of neck-cord Republicans got outraged, and another handful tried to simulate outrage in hopes that it would catch on. This is why impeachment fizzled and why Newt Gingrich and Bob Livingston ended up looking for another job.

Outrage doesn't sell as a political strategy in this country, at least not nationwide. We should probably be glad about that, because it means we're still willing to decide issues by voting rather than by blowing things up.

15. If I were Dean, I'd be angry too.
Angry at the media whores who keep saying he's an angry man...when he's not. They also call him "unelectable." That one in particular annoys me the most.

As for the deaths in Iraq...Dean has every right to be angry about that. I am. Everyone else should be as well. :grr:

17. Danziger is the most honest voice...
His sad poignancy is striking. He is brilliant, regardless of who he takes on.. and he takes on everyone.

19. Dean's "anger" doesn't come close to the anger many DUers feel.
Believe me, I know.

I'm so pissed at bush that Dean sometimes appears to me as too moderate. Like all of the Dem candidates, he has to temper what he says in public, something I rarely do when speaking of the bushistas and their brazen attacks on our democracy and Constitution.
