The Repunk Spin Has Evolved Just This Hour
So I got an e-mail from a friend of mine who posts on, of all places, a bulletin board on a football site full of some of the most pig-headed and Bush-butt-sucking freepers and cut-and-pasters you can imagine, and the upshot seems to be that the RNC Talking Points are evolving by the minute!

When my buddy first posted a summary of what happened, the first set of responses were of the "we won, you lost, no big deal, you f'ing losers!" response. Just the kind of posts you'd expect from a classless group of sore winners.

But as the posting continued, a second spin -- confirmed by three different posters -- has emerged: Hackett really wasn't a liberal! No, all that stuff about Kos and Bush being a chickenhawk? That was just to hide the fact that Hackett was really a DLC Democrat! So, see, a "liberal" wasn't the guy that's got Jean Schmitt in her bathroom scrubbing out her girdle, it was a DLC DINO!

It's a measure of how scared the Repunks are that (a) they've got the Bush Ass-Likkers out in force tonight, and (b) they are scrambling to settle on the right narrative for the coming 24-hour news cycle.

Be on the lookout, folks!

4. I swear, this administration reminds me of what highschool
was like for so many, the bullies constantly belittleing others in an attempt to control others so they can somehow feel important and the other kids following suit by echoing the same rhetoric for fear they themselves would become a target...

Whats wrong with this picture when our highest offices encourage such a scenerio?

5. His website and campaign ad...are two different animals..
I loved his website and what he stood for...however his TV ad which used Bush as an intro, and never mentioned "which" party he was from seemed like he was trying to hide he was not only a democrat but progressive. I don't think we should count on running as a stealth democrats. I assume the ad ran on ohio tv....and no doubt confused "some" of the voters. I'd rather we were completely up front about where we stand.
