All Things Considered, August 3, 2005 · There was a surprisingly tight margin of victory in a special congressional election in Ohio. The GOP candidate won, but by far less than expected in the run against the first combat veteran from the Iraq war running for Congress. The Democrat ran a vocal anti-war campaign.
