"Make justifying or glorifying terrorism anywhere an offence"
Blairs new proposed British Patriot Act includes the above provision, it appears that one of the proposals is to make it a crime, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, to justify or glorify terrorism.

:wtf:

Here for the record: some acts of "terrorism" are justified, some "terrorists" are heros.

I will be awaiting my imminent arrest.

It is called free speech.

Blair: you are the terrorist threatening the destruction of liberal democracy with your proposed new world odor. You and Bush and the rest of the criminal cabal.

1. Remove him now, Britain!
Blair and Bush are spiralling out of control as their popularity fades. They are apt to do more and more dangerous things to hold back the flood.

2. How soon can we expect Blair to turn himself in? Since he daily justifies
the ongoing terrorism that he and bush have perpetrated on the people of Iraq.

3. Who gets to determine what "justifying terrorism" is?
Will criticizing the attack of a foreign nation get you thrown in jail? How about pointing out the hypocrisy of getting after Iraq while letting nations like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia off the hook for their murderous regimes?

4. good question
who is a terrorist?
what exactly is 'justifying terrorism'?
what in fact is 'terrorism'?

Basically this sort of law can be used to arrest anyone anywhere for being an enemy of the state.

5. I didn't see the bit about "anywhere in the world".
Maybe I missed it?

Good quote here, btw: ''Mr. Blair says the rules of the game have changed, but public safety has never been a game," she said. ''The fundamental values of a democracy cannot be changed because we are provoked by terrorists."

7. would it matter if it were just the UK?

As your quote so clearly puts it: "The fundamental values of a democracy cannot be changed because we are provoked by terrorists."

We truly live in bizzaro-world. "They hate us for our freedom", the bushitlers bleat, and so the first thing that the bushitlers do is to abolish those freedoms. Why egg the terrorists on?

9. No, it's horrific policy regardless of locale.
I just don't want to scream about extraterritorial abuse if it's not there.

6. Good. The next time Blair defends his and Bush's terrorism, arrest
him and pack him off to the Hague.
