Edited on Mon Jan-26-04 07:41 PM by NewHampster
It's in the artic air, bring whispered by the trees.

It's also on MSNBC where the group of expert dorks (except Campbell edit: she agreed but she ain't a dork ;)) all say their gut feel is that Dean is pulling it off.

The Doctor is Back in Town!

the reality is we don't know...and the undecided's can swing this either way with a few candidates.

Dean has do a great job coming back. His comeback has been a victory already...way to go Dr.

23. You can say that again.
First time I ever donated to a presidential campaign. Dean has the left vote for reasons that are not obvious to some. He is willing to stand up to corporations and fight to get our country back. The others have all bowed down for Bush and voted for the IWR and Patriot Act. They have proven that their votes are only to maintain the status quo. Dean is the only one saying anything different, except for Kucinich, but DK is a fringe candidate. Maybe someday a leftist like DK could make it, but for now the best bet for the left is to run Dean who will turn the country in the right direction, back from the PNAC, Patriot Act, deficit spending, and job exportation that are ruining the country. Liberal and conservative have lost much of their meaning when you have supposed liberals like Kerry voting for the Iraq war. Kerry is looking out for Kerry, plain and simple, not a leader, but a follower.

In Vermont, we have Republicans that know the diffence between right and wrong and Jim Jeffords (Republican, now Independent) voted against this piece of crap, let alone our Dem. Senator Leahy. It is no longer the party afiliation that counts, and liberal has lost much of it's meaning, when people like Kerry are wearing that label. A bonesman's allegiance transends party lines to preserve the elite life style.

4. I'm wondering if New Hampshire will even matter.
It could be that regardless of what happens, no one will drop out and the candidates will just move on to Super Tuesday.

13. No one may drop out , but some are taking delegates
So it isn't entirely without matter. True, there are a lot more delegates to be won, but you can bet whoever has the biggest superdelegate and delegate counts is going to sell that story

11. I think the press would like for him to win. He is more interesting to
cover than any of the rest of the candidates.

Go Dean!

15. I agree with that
He's the most interesting of the candidates period, in my opinion, which was what first attracted me to Dean in the first place. Win or lose in NH, I think the doctor and his staff did a great job of coming back in the last week. They handled the situation with class and humor and I hope Dean gets the nod. I'll be voting for him.

20. If he does, Dean will get several hundred more from me.
If he doesn't, he gets only $100. I'm willing to support him staying in, but if he wants more money, he needs to win.
