PIRRO WEBSITE HAS NO PHOTOS OF HUSBAND
I don't personally care if she has no pics of her jail bird hubby on her website. But she's a REPUBLICAN - aren't they the family values people? Can you imagine the GOP outrage if Hillary Clinton didn't have pictures of her husband. They gave her enough crap for changing her last name to Rodham - Clinton.

ALBANY, N.Y. - Jeanine Pirro's campaign Web site announcing her bid to challenge Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton features more than 100 photos — none of which include her husband.

There's Pirro with singer Tony Bennett and the late actor Ossie Davis; with Republican Govs. George Pataki of New York and Arnold Schwarzenegger of California; and with Democrats including Bobby Kennedy Jr. and the Rev. Al Sharpton. There's even one of Pirro with a monkey.

But none shows the Westchester County district attorney with her husband, Albert, a lawyer-lobbyist who spent 11 months in federal prison on a tax fraud conviction.

"This campaign is about Jeanine Pirro and her experience, qualifications and willingness to serve as New York's full-time senator," campaign spokesman Michael McKeon said Tuesday when asked why Albert Pirro wasn't included in photos on http://www.jeaninepirro.com. Albert Pirro also isn't mentioned in his wife's biography posted on the Web site.

1. The "family values" of the Pirro family.........
closely resemble the "family values" of other New York crime families. She's pretty well distanced herself from Hubby, but in a very parochial fashion. If her family's crime history is suddenly public knowledge State-wide, her chances will rapidly disintegrate. New Yorkers have had enough of Republican crooks from down-state, she'd be toast. :)

2. If I ran for office, I wouldn't have my husband's photo on my website

and I wouldn't impose on him to campaign with me, either. It's time to disassociate this spouse-as-adoring-cheerleader shit from campaigning. We're not electing spouses, and they serve no useful purpose in Washington or anywhere else.

3. Geraldine Ferraro got a lot of negative press
for her husband's skeevy business dealings...

but of course, IOKIYAR. What's a little crime between crime families?

4. Why are the Freepers DROOLING over Pirro?
ONLY to defeat Hillary. She is against everything they stand for. Besides which, she will still have to face a Primary. Doesn't Cox still have his hat in the race?

My personal feeling as a New Yorker? Unless Rudy has a change of heart, nobody will even come close to beating Hillary for Senate.

To all those ranting and raving about Pirro (as they did with Lazio), don't bother sending your contributions from across the country. It's a waste of time and money. NEW YORK will decide who their next Senator will be and all the across the country contributions won't make a damned bit of difference. Lazio had almost as much in his coffers as Hillary did. Didn't do him any good, did it? He BARELY won Long Island, his hometown.

Now, on a Presidential run that is a different story.

5. Pirro's running the same game plan as the 2000 Repuke candidates
"Hey, elect me! I'm not (Bill/Hillary) Clinton!"

6. Gosh, I'll bet Jeanine's hubby met some nice Repug governors while
he was in the can. I'll bet they talked politics a lot, too.

Doesn't make him a bad guy. Just a good anchor for a Repug candidate's neck.
