Is it possible for current administraion to allow a nuclear 9-11 to |
|
happen in the US. to gain backing to use Nuclear power against, Iran would be the popular candidate for the Bush cartel to respond to. The piece about Cheney asking the Pentagon to draw up plans for a nuke attack aimed at Iran has me curious. yes/no/maybe?

to what depths these wretches have sunk. I speculate "probably not" ... but such is their demonstrated capacity for depravity it is a statement I make with caution. I could well be wrong about that.

3. I read somewhere the other day, |

about a 'nuclear incident' perhaps involving a sub in Charleston, SC... I'll try to find the link, but the author was hinting at what you are suggesting, that the administration would 'let' it happen as a MO to go into Iran...or to nuke Iran

But you better do so fast, since he'll probably "commit suicide" any day now.

Why do you even need to ask?
What in your experience of them has shown ANY humanity, ANY care for life -- even equipping our own soldiers? or giving them adequate and ongoing medical care once home?
There is NO ONE that they care about other than themselves, and NOTHING they care about other than money and the accumulation of political power. Nothing.
They have no souls and no conscience. You couldn't shame them into or out of ANYthing, or make them remorseful for anything that they've done. The closest they could come to remorse is at being caught OR someone else ruining things ('cause it'll NEVER, EVER be "their fault" -- NEVER).
They're sociopathic monsters. Absolutely no criminality, evil or degradation is impossible.

12. There's a term for this in Sociology |
|
It's called elite deviance: a sociological term for a condition in which the elite in the society come to believe that the rules no longer apply to them.

I sometimes suspect that the neocons are deliberately putting a stranglehold on some US intelligence agencies (recent cuts in their funding, political purges) to help increase the probability of another major terrorist attack on US soil, since they figure the resulting anger could easily be manipulated and misdirected against Iran (even if the Iranians would have no relation to the attacks).
Terrorism on US soil is useful for the neocons since it inspires blind fear and anger, which they can twist against their bogeymen of choice-- e.g., Iraq. The US would never support a major attack against Iran today, in part since that would likely involve a military draft. But if there's another terrorist attack, look out: Iran becomes the root of all evil, the anchor of the Evil Axis in neocon propaganda, and fearful people-- like sheep-- would be convinced to support a draft and a strike against Iran. The neocons obviously don't have in mind the best interests of United States citizens (or of other countries, for that matter).
