We know that the Dean campaign has been the victim of dirty tricks
unless several New Hampshirites are out and out liars. Several people on here claim that Dean is the favorite of Republicans. So I have a simple question to those people, who is doing the dirty tricks?

1. I have heard about them
I've yet to see proof other than he said she said from the reported victims group.

The report I heard on the radio tonight from a supposed resident that got a phone call while a friend just happened to be there that claimed to have gotten the same phone call, was to put it mildly, less than credible.

3. Who stands the most to gain? Not the Republicans.
Columbo, in solving a murder mystery, would think, "Who has the most to gain by this?"

It's not the Republicans. They're all set for going against Dean and would like Dean to be the nominee.

Clark and Edwards and Lieberman are busy fighting among themselves for third place.

4. Repubs - I think trick is aimed at BOTH Dean and Kerry
I think the tricks are aimed at Dean AND Kerry.

Aimed at Dean, pretty obvious.

Aimed at Kerry too: I think that it is so HAM-FISTED and OTT that it is designed to anger the person called. So that the person called is to think, that damn Kerry! he is push polling and he is homophophic and anti-semitic!

Kerry also has Jewish family members and is for "Homosexual Marriage" so it doesn't make sense that this is coming from Kerry. I think it is to intentionally damage both Dean and Kerry.

So I think it is repubs stirring the pot to damage both.

5. not sure , but just heard repub radio talking about supporting Dean
The host and a caller were discussing how they have tons of hardworking good republican people out there campaigning for Dean.

Was on some show called Hugh Hewitt show or something.

On the Clearchannel station just a couple hours ago.

The one guy they had on said he sure hopes Dean wins because we need to re-elect George Bush.

I am no Dean fan at all, but anytime I hear people say we need George Bush I have to change the channel, so i didnt hear much after that.

7. Why would anyone have needed to 'dirty trick' Dean after Monday?
If anything, the discussion of this has helped Dean further the victimhood strategy he's been pulling since he started complaining about media four days before IA when he realized he was going to need an excuse for losing.

6. The New York Times, The Washington Post, Repugs on the street....
It's unanimous, they're all doing the dirty work of being honest... Dean is Rove's wet dream. Why do you think Rove marched in a Dean parade?
